Dilandau finds Jajuka... XD Meow! Neko-Dilly! Hehe... Borrowed cat-ears a friend made. XD Me and Spider-Man! Woot! Getting into that little car thing was hard... It's TINY!

Introduction:
The moment I got into cosplay, I knew I HAD to cosplay Dilandau. His casual outfit being pretty basic, I decided to make it. But after deciding I loved Dilandau too much to not make the complete thing, I decided to do just that. I finished the casual costume, and from there, started working on it to make it complete. Thus, this costume, though part of another, is still concitered a seperate costume. XD

How it was Made:
-Shirt: I used a basic shirt pattern and double layered it. For the flaps, I cut down the center of the front of the shirt so my desired length and sewed from there. I then sewed strips of lavander fabric and hand sewed them on.
-Pants: Used black, low-cut pants my mom bought for me.
-Tiara: I made the basic pattern with gold satin, glued on the jewel and sewed velcro on the back. To hide it, I flipped my hair over it.
-Boot Covers: I used my boot cover pattern from my Celena costume and altered the leg peice for Dilandau.
-Belt: Cut two strips of red pleather, sewn them together and then sewn on gold satin on the tips. Gold rings were then sewn onto the belt and looped together.
-Dog Tag: Bought a dog tag from a cheap jewelery store.

Hardest Task:
Sewing the stupid gold satin! Oh my god I hate satin! It never cuts properly and it's very frusturating to work with. My machine also didn't like sewing multiple layers of pleather and so that was also a real pain.

Favorite Aspect:
The shirt! I love it! It's tight, but comfortable and durable.

Flaws:
The boot covers keep slipping down! The elastic around the legs don't help, they still slip, which is very frusturating. I'm constantly pulling them back up. Eventually I'll find a way around the problem and fix it.

Horror Stories:
When I first cut the gold satin and it didn't turn out right, I FREAKED. It was my first time using satin and it scared me really bad! Also, the shirt was rushed. I had one day to make it for a french project, so I was sweating bullets trying to get it done in time. XD
